Non-accessible content

In order to produce this accessibility statement, we considered the WCAG 2.1 standards and the user experience of a test panel made up of people with different disabilities, who tested the website using different assistive technologies and interaction methods, including screen readers (Jaws, NVDA, VoiceOver), keyboard navigation and magnification features.

The non-conformities and the corresponding WCAG success criteria are listed below:

• 1.1.1 Non-text Content: some non-text elements do not have appropriate text alternatives.
• 1.3.1 Info and Relationships: information, relationships, and the structure of content are not always programmatically determined in a consistent manner.
• 1.4.3 Contrast (Minimum): the contrast ratio between text and its background does not always meet the minimum required values (4.5:1 for normal text and 3:1 for large-scale text).
• 2.4.1 Bypass Blocks: there is no mechanism that allows users navigating by keyboard or using assistive technologies to bypass blocks of content.
• 3.1.1 Language of Page: the default language of the page is not always correctly declared in the code.
• 3.1.2 Language of Parts: some text on the website is in a language different from that of the page.
• 4.1.2 Name, Role, Value: user interface components do not always correctly expose their accessible name, role, state, or value.
